Workforce Analysis
Many organizations within the Department of the Navy, and the Department of Defense are addressing their future workforce needs in a comprehensive fashion, with a focus on supporting near-term acquisition programs. These organizations are also addressing the challenge of an aging workforce, and the need to maintain core expert knowledge in a wide variety of technical domains critical to national defense.
