Power Center:
The Potomac Workforce Education and Recruitment (PoWER) Center is headquartered at ETC. The PoWER Center is the National Capital Region’s Learning and Employment Center supporting both Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) Command and Naval Air Systems (NAVAIR) Command’s wounded warrior programs.
At the PoWER Center, disabled veterans can find potential employment opportunities within our partner commands, or acquire the skill set needed to prepare themselves for a particular career path. We have an extensive network of support services to assist veterans in virtually every aspect of career transition including locating financial assistance, resume rework and preparation, and assisting the veteran with their educational and training needs for success.
