Waldorf, MD October 24, 2011 – Dr. Arun Seraphin, Assistant Director, Defense Programs, of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, will address the Second National Capital Region Energetics Symposium, November 1-2, 2011 at the College of Southern Maryland in La Plata, MD. The symposium provides an unclassified forum for scientists and engineers to exchange information on the research, development, and manufacturing of energetics.

The Second National Capital Region Energetics Symposium is sponsored by the Center for Energetic Concepts Development at the University of Maryland.
