Technology Center (ETC) and its partner organizations.

an expanded Center for Energetic Concepts Development,
coupled with the inherent Southern Maryland capabilities
to meet this national requirement by establishing the

501c3 non-profit corporation.
On April 25, state and
local officials gathered for a signing ceremony for a
Memorandum of Understanding for an expanded partnership
encompassing the ETC project.
The ceremonial document
was signed by Capt. Joseph Giaquinto, representing IHDIV/NSWC,
Dr. Dave Anand, CECD Director, representing the
University of Maryland, and Ms. Ann Smith, Dean of
Career and Technical Education, representing the College
of Southern Maryland. The ceremony was attended by state
